WT05 - Toledo’s CW "90210 HOLLYWOOD DREAM TRIP" Contest
HERE'S HOW TO ENTER: Watch 90210, Tuesdays at 8pm on WT05, Toledo's CW. Look for the secret 90210 clue contained within the commercial breaks. Completely fill out the on-line entry form, including the requested clue word, located on the contest page at www.wt05toledo.com. Only one entry per household, additional entries will not be counted. Deadline to enter is Wednesday, November 26th, 2008 at 12:01 am. You must be 18 years or older to qualify; if contest is won by a person under the age of 25, winner will need to travel with a qualifying person age 25 or older to utilize rental car.

WINNER SELECTION: One winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received by Wednesday, November 26th, 2008 at 12:01am. The winning name will be posted on WT05 website. Two winners will receive a 90210 gift pack, including 90210 merchandise and DVDs. Odds of winning are dependent on the number of eligible entries received. Winners will be notified by phone and/or via e-mail.
PRIZES & APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUES: One person will receive a 90210 Hollywood Dream Trip consisting of round trip airfare for two adults from Detroit to Los Angeles, two-night hotel stay for two at the Beverly Garland Hotel in Los Angeles, midsize car rental for three days, Go Los Angeles Card for access to provided tours and attractions and $500 cash card for meals and shopping. Approximate value of trip is $2060. Two runners-up will receive a 90210 prize pack consisting of 90210 duffle bag, Two (2) Beverly Hills 90210 season DVD sets, and other station prizes valued at approximately $100. Winners must pick up their prize packs at the station with valid ID.
GENERAL RULES: Certain restrictions apply. Open only to residents of Ohio and Michigan. No purchase necessary. Employees of CBS, Time-Warner, Viacom, Warner Bros., The CW, WT05, Block Communications, participating radio stations, participating TV stations, their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible. No mechanically reproduced entries permitted. Void where prohibited by law. Decisions of judges are final. Not responsible for lost, late, mutilated, misdirected entries or entries not received in time for the random drawing(s). Prize winners may be required to pick up prize from WT05 offices. Person renting car must be at least 25 years of age and have a major credit card (not debit) in their name.
No substitution or transfer of prize permitted. All federal, state and local taxes are the sole responsibility of winner. No substitution or transfer of prizes permitted. Prizes consist of only the items specifically listed as part of the prize; winner is responsible for any expenses incurred if trip conditions are changed by winner. Winner will be required to book trip by December 15th and take trip in January, 2009. Potential Grand Prize winner must sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility/Release of Liability/Prize Acceptance Form within (3) days of attempted notification. Noncompliance within this time period may result in disqualification and an alternate may be selected. Return of any prize/prize notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification. All travelers must execute a Release of Liability prior to ticketing and must possess required travel documents (e.g. valid photo I.D.) prior to departure.
If a minor wins the Grand Prize, prize will be awarded in the name of a parent or legal guardian who must accompany minor on trip. Departure and return times are subject to change. WT05 reserves the right to substitute prize of equal or greater value. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission to the sponsor and its agencies to use winner's name and/or likeness for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. By accepting prize, winners agree to hold sponsors, their respective directors, officers, employees and assigns, harmless against any and all claims and liability arising out of use of prize.
Winners assume all liability for any injury or damage caused, or claimed to be caused, or loss of property, including luggage or personal effects, by participation in this promotion or use or redemption of any prize. By participating in this promotion, entrants agree to be bound by the Official Rules and the decisions of the judges. Sponsors are not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of the offer, administration of the sweepstakes or in the announcement of prizes.
