WT05 - Toledo’s CW "President of Comedy" Contest
HERE'S HOW TO ENTER: Watch WT05, Toledo's CW! Completely fill out the on-line entry form, including the candidate from Family Guy or Two and a Half Men you wish to vote for, located on the contest page at www.wt05toledo.com. Only one entry per household, per week; additional entries will not be counted. Deadline to enter is Monday, November 24th, 2008 at 12:01 am. You must be 18 years or older to qualify.

WINNER SELECTION: 10 winners will be randomly selected from all entries received by Monday, November 24th, 2008 at 12:01 am to receive a prize pack consisting of Family Guy Season 6 and Two and a Half Men Season 4 DVD sets, along with other prizes. One Grand Prize winner will receive a prize pack consisting of Seasons 1-6 of Family Guy on DVD, Seasons 1-4 of Two and a Half Men on DVD, and other prizes. The winning names will be posted on WT05 website. Odds of winning are dependent on the number of eligible entries received. Winners will be notified by phone and/or via e-mail.
PRIZES & APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUES: 10 people will receive Family Guy Season 6 and Two and a Half Men Season 4 DVD sets. Approximate value is $85. One Grand Prize winner will receive a prize pack consisting of Seasons 1-6 of Family Guy on DVD, Seasons 1-4 of Two and a Half Men on DVD, and other prizes. Approximate value is $400. Winners can pick up their prizes at the station with valid ID.
GENERAL RULES: Open only to residents of Ohio and Michigan. No purchase necessary. Employees of CBS, Time-Warner, Viacom, Warner Bros., The CW, WT05, Block Communications, participating radio stations, participating TV stations, their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible. No mechanically reproduced entries permitted. Void where prohibited by law. Decisions of judges are final. Not responsible for lost, late, mutilated, misdirected entries or entries not received in time for the random drawing(s). Prize winners may be required to pick up prize from WT05 offices.
No substitution or transfer of prize permitted. All federal, state and local taxes are the sole responsibility of winner. All federal, state and local laws apply. Prizes consist of only the items specifically listed as part of the prize. Potential Grand Prize winner must sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility/Release of Liability/Prize Acceptance Form within (3) days of attempted notification. Noncompliance within this time period may result in disqualification and an alternate may be selected. Return of any prize/prize notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification. All travelers must execute a Release of Liability prior to ticketing and must possess required travel documents (e.g. valid photo I.D.) prior to departure.
If a minor wins the Grand Prize, prize will be awarded in the name of a parent or legal guardian who must accompany minor on trip. Departure and return times are subject to change. WT05 reserves the right to substitute prize of equal or greater value. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission to the sponsor and its agencies to use winner's name and/or likeness for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. By accepting prize, winners agree to hold sponsors, their respective directors, officers, employees and assigns, harmless against any and all claims and liability arising out of use of prize.
Winners assume all liability for any injury or damage caused, or claimed to be caused, by participation in this promotion or use or redemption of any prize. By participating in this promotion, entrants agree to be bound by the Official Rules and the decisions of the judges. Sponsors not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of the offer, administration of the sweepstakes or in the announcement of prizes. Only one winner per household. Winners are only eligible for one grand prize per month. WT05 is not responsible for delivering prize if promoter cancels event.
